Who runs this site

The site is run by DIOM Games — full company name, address, tax ID (“we”). Contact: hello@hoverwick.com.

No cookies, no tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking tools. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors; it shows us totals such as page views and countries.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type for a short time. Cloudflare acts on our behalf; see the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Other services

• Steam. Wishlist buttons link to the Steam store run by Valve. Once you are there, the Valve privacy policy applies.
• YouTube. The trailer loads from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only after you click play. From then on Google's privacy policy applies.
• Email. If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them as long as the conversation needs.
• Newsletter. If a newsletter form appears on the site and you sign up, your email address is stored by our mailing provider only to send you news about the game. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@hoverwick.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
